Donna M Lewis age 84 of Dixon died Monday July 29, 2019 at Polo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Polo. She was born Feb. 28, 1935 in Princeton, IL the daughter of Howard and Helen (Coddington) Schroeder. She had been a real estate agent in California and Arizona. She was a member of The Worship Center in Dixon. Donna married Michael M "Mickey" Lewis on the Queen Mary at Redondo Beach, CA. He preceded her in death Aug. 8, 2017. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother Henry "Hank" Schroeder. Donna is survived by a step daughter Robin Abidi of Phoenix, AZ, a sister Marjorie Davies of Phoenix, AZ, a niece and nephew and her beloved family at The Worship Center. Cremation rites have been accorded. Her cremains will be buried with her husbands at Arsenal National Cemetery in Rock Island, IL. Memorial services will be held on Thursday Aug. 15, 2019 at 7:30 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon with Bishop Michael Cole Sr. officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
